“Meet the Founder”
Stephanie Tatium, Founder
Early Childhood Development & Literacy Specialist
I bring over three decades of experience in education as a teacher, assistant principal, principal, and instructional coach.
Throughout my career in Kansas City Public Schools and Hickman Mills C-1 School District, I have led literacy initiatives, supported educator development. I have also partnered with families to strengthen early learning outcomes.
As an Early Childhood Development and Literacy Specialist, I collaborate with childcare centers and Head Start programs to design professional development and parent workshops that are practical, research-aligned, and immediately applicable in both classroom and home settings.
My work focuses on strengthening developmental foundations, advancing language growth, and ensuring children are prepared for long-term academic success.
